• Secateurs (pruning shears) to cut away any excess and trim the warp fibers;
• Knife with a sharp point to remove the superfluous parts of the fibers and the medullary part of the plant;
• Pruning hook to cut and sharpen the thicker fibers and above all, for use in the refinement phase.
